This is a great little hotel. We always stay here on trips to London as it's so easy to get to as we arrive at Kings Cross Station and it's just across the road. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming and you can drop your luggage off when you arrive and also leave it there when you check out, to pick up later. The rooms are spotlessly clean with everything you need. I would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay, we've already booked for more stays this year
Amazing beds and facilities given in this hotel! Loved the beds and high ceilings in the room. We had a hotel with common toilets with other customers so take note when booking! Even then, the toilets are clean and easy to use! just have to climb 2 flights of stairs! haha
My sister and I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay during our trip to London earlier this month. Staff members were very helpful, greeting us at the door and helping us with our luggage. The hotel was clean and economically priced. We had a shower and sink in our room and the washroom was just down the hall. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood with lots of good cafés and restaurants nearby. It's very close to King's Cross and St. Pancras stations. I will definitely stay here again.
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The front office staff was incredibly helpful, and while the room was small, it was very tidy. The bathroom and toilet were spotless! There's no elevator, so you’ll need to carry your baggage up, but the front office team was kind enough to assist me. Thank you so much! I truly enjoyed my time at Princess Hotel.
